Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team for a short-term placement in Lisbon during November and December. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, including flight ticket reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese

Competenze

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2) required.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
