Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Barcelona to identify and close security-focused sales opportunities. You will profile prospects, discover needs, and drive new business through outbound and inbound campaigns, primarily via phone, while meeting individual and team targets.

You will engage with CIOs and decision makers, articulate cloud security solutions, and manage a portfolio of accounts with strong emphasis on metrics and pipeline growth.

Formación

• BA/BS technical degree required.
• C2 level of French and fluent English.
• Min. 3 years B2B Sales and Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry.
• Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and cloud concepts.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve quarterly Key Performance Metrics.
• Develop sales workflows for prospect interactions.
• Work towards team and individual goals for KPIs like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities and pipeline.
• Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.
• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification.
• Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend.
• Explain Google technical products/solutions to diverse businesses and show value.
• Execute daily outbound calls/emails, contact decision makers, build rapport and assess needs.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
