Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform. The role involves assisting customers with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and tech issues, across Spanish and Catalan channels.

We require fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) with good English (B1), a proactive, customer-focused attitude, and flexibility for rotating shifts on a full-time schedule. Accommodation options may be available and flight reimbursement is offered.
