Cross Border Talents seeks Customer Care Specialists to support a global streaming platform from Lisbon. You will handle Spanish and Catalan inquiries, assist with subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while ensuring a friendly, professional service.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and Catalan; English at a B1 level; prior customer service experience is a plus. The role offers a 12-month contract, full-time hours, rotating shifts, and benefits including health insurance and flight

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology
• Positive, customer-focused and professional attitude

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
