Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan speakers, handling accounts, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.

The role requires fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1), a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility for a rotating 8-hour shift. A 12-month contract with full-time hours and company benefits are offered.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2)
• Good English communication (B1)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
