Factorial HR is seeking a Partner Demand Generation Manager for the Spanish market to drive partner-generated growth, owning the pipeline and revenue opportunities. You will craft GTM plays, coordinate with Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, and execute joint campaigns across partners.

You will analyze funnel performance, ROI and influenced revenue, building scalable growth playbooks adaptable to each partner, while leveraging AI-enabled approaches to accelerate impact.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales or Partnerships.
• Native Spanish and professional-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the pipeline generation strategy for partners in Spain and translate shared goals into growth plans and revenue opportunities.
• Build and execute joint GTM strategies with partners across events, campaigns, outbound plays, co-marketing and partner enablement.
• Analyze funnel performance, pipeline creation, ROI and influenced revenue to optimize where to invest.
• Create repeatable growth playbooks scalable across partners while adapting to each partner’s needs.
• Experiment with new channels, messages, formats and working methods to source qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams to connect partner initiatives to the wider GTM strategy.
• Own the revenue metrics for the partner portfolio and seek ways to increase impact.
• Maintain a proactive, autonomous approach and a bias for action in a fast-growth environment.
