Job summary

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty is seeking a senior E-commerce leader to own the SkinCeuticals direct-to-consumer storefront in Madrid. You will drive brand equity, consumer acquisition, and sustainable growth across digital channels, reporting to the Head of E-Commerce.

You’ll manage the commercial roadmap for Brand.com, oversee paid media, optimize site UX, and steer CRM journeys to boost repeat purchases while protecting premium dermocosmetic positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading direct e-commerce operations and profitable digital growth.
• Strong web analytics and transactional media measurement.
• Ability auditing user journeys and testing conversion hypotheses.
• Proven CRM lifecycle workflows that drive retention.
• Solid SEO and content-structure understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the SkinCeuticals Brand.com commercial roadmap.
• Direct performance media investments across paid search and paid social.
• Elevate site search visibility and organic reach.
• Partner with CRO to refine user journeys and checkout speed.
• Drive full-funnel retention via automated CRM journeys and loyalty.
• Steer monthly trade performance reviews and manage trade-offs.
