JD Logistics is establishing its core Spanish operations with a greenfield outbound shift leadership role. You will directly manage the floor of a high‑volume e‑commerce fulfillment center, guiding 50+ operators in picking, packing, wall‑sorting, and staging to ensure fast, accurate courier readiness.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Mandarin a plus. The role demands adaptability to early mornings, nights, and weekends to sustain a 24/7 launch cycle and strict safety standards.

Formación

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume fulfillment centers.
• Familiar with WMS, RF scanning, and pick-to-light/put-to-wall systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the outbound shift operations (picking, packing, staging) on the warehouse floor.
• Track hourly throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and coach staff in real time.
• Oversee attendance, shift handovers, and safety compliance during 24/7 cycles.
