Huxley is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator for a long-term project in Barcelona focused on CMDB governance, data quality improvement, and ServiceNow optimization. This hybrid role involves managing the Configuration Management process and enhancing CMDB data quality.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and a robust understanding of IT infrastructure. Fluency in English is required. The contract is freelance, starting on the 14th of September with 1-2 days a week in the office.

Formación

• Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience in data governance and quality management.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator to join a long–term project focused on CMDB governance, data quality improvement, and ServiceNow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices
• Oversee and improve CMDB data quality (KPIs, audits, remediation initiatives)
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure accurate CI management
• Drive continuous improvements and automation to enhance CMDB reliability and value

Required Skills

• Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management
• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience in data governance and data quality management (KPIs, audits, remediation)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, applications)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Background in large‑scale CMDB transformation initiatives
• Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments
