Job summary

K-LAGAN is seeking a SILVA Global Product Owner in Barcelona to lead ITSM adoption, ServiceNow governance, and CMDB across international entities. You will bridge business needs with IT and security teams while managing regional leads to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role emphasizes ITIL processes, data management, and process improvement in a global context. This is a hybrid, full-time position in Barcelona with long-term career growth and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT environments managing CMDB, ITIL processes, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration, services configuration, and data management.
• Proven track record in IT process improvement, requirement gathering, and application lifecycle management.
• Background as a Process Manager, Application Manager, or Service Delivery Specialist across IT & Security functions.
• Language: Professional fluency in C1 level for daily international stakeholder management.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies & frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Familiarity with process design and Systems Architecture principles.
• Business acumen in insurance, assistance, or financial environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive ITSM leadership for ServiceNow platform adoption and optimization.
• Oversee CMDB governance and data quality across IT Asset repositories.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical assessments across dev/test cycles.
• Lead and mentor regional leads and process owners to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize IT processes to raise service delivery standards.
• Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and governance materials.
