JINGDONG Logistics in Madrid region seeks a Service Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth daily service activities, sustain SLA adherence, and act as the liaison between internal teams and external providers.

The role requires a Bac+3 or higher in management or logistics, 1–3 years in similar operations, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint is expected; Chinese language ability is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management, administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in service operations, operational coordination, or similar administrative role; e-commerce or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily service operations to ensure internal procedures and SLA commitments.
• Act as central point of contact between internal teams and external providers for service requests and issues.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and resolutions; escalate complex problems when needed.
• Participate in implementing new service processes and operational improvement projects.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports; identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Contribute to capacity planning and resource allocation for service teams.
