JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks a supervisor to oversee cross-functional warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the bridge between local floor teams and international HQ.

Applicants should have proven experience in fast-paced e-commerce logistics, fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English, and hands-on skills with WMS, RF scanners, and automated material handling.

• Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations in fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment centers, 3PL hubs, or retail distribution networks.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience utilizing WMS, RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations during shifts, bridging local floor teams with international HQ.
• Directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor and bottlenecks.
• Enforce SOPs on the floor and ensure safety and health compliance (PRL).
• Maintain real-time reporting and alignment between local operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.

The Mission & Core Scope

• The Mission: Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters.
• The Scope: You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput: Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch.
• Cross-Border Communication Bridge: Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Spanish warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.
• Process Standardization & SOP Enforcement: Ensure 100% adherence to global standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time.
• Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to warehouse health and safety protocols (PRL).

Position Requirements

• High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
• Mandarin Language Mastery: Professional fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and global HQ.
• Systems & WMS Literacy: Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
