TikTok Shop is hiring a Logistics Operations Manager for Intra EU Solutions in Madrid. You will lead daily Pan-European logistics operations, coordinate with 4PL carriers, and optimize SOPs for cost, speed, and experience.

Fluency in Chinese and English is required to communicate with Mainland China partners. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and improvements across onboarding, system integration, shipping error reports, pickup handover, and coordination with merchants to enhance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics operations with knowledge of 4PL, onboarding, customs.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving, with merchant training experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation and monitoring of Pan-European logistics costs, timeliness and customer experience; coordinate with 4PL carriers and SOP milestones.
• Act as POC for merchants; establish SOPs, onboardings, system integrations, and training to improve user experience and retention.
• Track merchant 4PL penetration growth, deliver insights and root-cause analyses; collaborate with local BD to hit growth targets.
• Plan pan-European segmented logistics network and routing strategies aligning with European market needs.
