JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Service Provider Operations Coordinator in Madrid to oversee third-party provider performance across its logistics and supply chain operations. You will develop onboarding strategies, manage SLAs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in SP management or logistics, strong negotiation and data-analysis skills, and fluency in Mandarin, English and Italian.

• Minimum 2 years in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain roles.
• Proven negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Italian is required.

This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. \* Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers. \* Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. \* Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. \* Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner. \* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations. \* Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality. \* Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management. \* Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management. \* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.
