JD Logistics, part of JD.com, Inc., is seeking a 3PL Delivery Operations professional to manage and optimize third-party logistics delivery processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective last-mile services for our customers. You will oversee daily 3PL partner operations, develop routing strategies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with warehousing, customer service, and supply chain teams in Madrid.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in optimizing delivery processes and efficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of 3PL delivery partners against SLAs.
• Develop routing strategies to reduce transit times and costs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with warehousing, customer service and supply chain teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans with 3PL partners.
• Negotiate contracts and manage 3PL relationships.
• Identify and evaluate new 3PL providers to expand coverage.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance, costs, and improvements.
