JINGDONG Logistics in Madrid seeks a Service Provider Operations Coordinator to oversee third-party providers across Spain. You will optimize performance, manage contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

The role requires 2+ years in service provider or logistics management, strong negotiation and data-driven decision skills, and fluency in Mandarin, English, and Italian.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Italian are required.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with service providers.
• Monitor and analyze service provider performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.
• Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.

Job Summary

Job Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Italian are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
