Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Barcelona seeks a Service Delivery Administrator to join our Customer Care team. You will optimize service delivered to customers through quality bookings, monitor workflows, and handle queries with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.

Based at Avda. Ports d'Europa, you will coordinate B/L amendments, telex releases, customs coordination, and notifications of rollovers or disruptions, while ensuring compliance with carrier and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import documentation, Bills of Lading (B/L), cargo release, and shipping procedures.
• Customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bill of Lading amendment requests with POL agents and Agency Customs team.
• Receive, validate and register Telex Release instructions from POL China.
• Approve and coordinate container positioning within terminals.
• Coordinate customs inspections with authorities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and send customer notifications related to rollovers and disruptions.
• Issue OOG notifications and provide operational information to customers.
• Monitor B/L status drops and support COD requests.
