Job summary

Training will be provided to learn our logistics systems and processes. The role offers an onboarding path with structured coaching and exposure to ATLAS, SAP, and European distribution operations, based at Cornellà de Llobregat.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule deliveries using orders and forecasted demand.
• Enter and manage orders by phone or email and maintain customer and delivery data.
• Support customers with routine enquiries with timely communication.
• Build delivery trips and resolve scheduling errors to improve efficiency.
• Respond to changes in demand or driver availability; escalate when needed.
• Prioritise safety-sensitive deliveries and follow quality and escalation procedures.
• Maintain interaction records, availability lists, and handover docs.
• Collaborate with drivers, hauliers, country teams, and other departments.
