Maersk in Valencia, Spain is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to deliver outstanding service to customers and orchestrate logistics solutions.

You will manage end-to-end shipments, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve queries with a customer-centric mindset. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Couple years of experience in logistics, supply chain, project logistics or related fields.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Customer service oriented and results-driven.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team-player attitude and collaborative approach to achieving business goals.
• Good understanding of operational processes.
• Ability to drive issues to resolution with urgency and persistence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders involved in shipment handling.
• Orchestrate the overall flow of end-to-end shipments.
• Deliver added value to customers by leveraging strong business knowledge and process understanding.
• Resolve queries from shippers, customers, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, proactively preventing errors and minimizing their recurrence.
• Prepare and submit documentation accurately and on time while keeping stakeholders informed of shipment status.
• Support customer retention and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain proactive communication, including regular participation in customer conference calls to ensure seamless operations.
• Partner with KCMs and Commercial teams to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
• Comply with customer-specific SOPs and monitor relevant KPIs.
