Job summary
Carousel Logistics is seeking Freight forwarding clerks (m/f/d) for our Barcelona office with immediate effect. The role focuses on carrier selection, booking, route and load planning, milkruns, ADR paperwork, and customer service in a fast-paced international setting.
Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/TMS/SAP, and fluent English and German, with French as a plus. Join our growing team and contribute to diverse logistics tasks in a global environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Training or study in logistics and transport management.
- Experience as customer service agent, transport planner/manager or dispatcher in the logistics environment.
- ADR shipments experience preferred.
- English and German language skills are mandatory; French a plus.
Responsibilities
- Decide best carrier and transport solution per order and country.
- Book and organise all orders.
- Create route planning and dispatch partners.
- Create load planning and submit to warehouses.
- Execute milkruns.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, ADR paperwork and general customer service.
- Manual tracking updates and POD in client system.
- Check costs, log transports and prepare invoicing.
- Check partner invoices.
