Job summary

Air Products in Barcelona is seeking a Logistics Scheduler & Customer Service Specialist to coordinate safe, reliable deliveries for Liquid Bulk customers. This entry-level role combines delivery planning, order management, and direct communication with customers, drivers, hauliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity; no prior scheduling experience required.
• Training will cover logistics systems, processes, and customer service standards.
• Proficiency in German and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule deliveries using orders and forecasted demand.
• Enter and manage orders received by phone or email.
• Support customers with routine enquiries and provide timely communication.
• Build delivery trips and improve efficiency through clustering.
• Respond to changes in demand or driver availability, escalating as needed.
• Maintain records, availability info, and handover documentation.
• Collaborate with drivers, hauliers, country teams and internal departments.
