Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, recruiting across EMEA with a focus on GTM and sales roles. The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proven ability to partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and improve processes to deliver quality hires quickly.

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Madrid (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

What You Bring
