A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across EMEA. This hybrid role is based in Madrid for three days a week. Responsibilities include end-to-end hiring, building partnerships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and is driven and adaptable. This is a fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

We\u2019re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It\u2019s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a Hybrid role with some office time in Madrid (3 days per week).

You\u2019ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas


• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions


• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers


• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods


• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience


• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire


• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
