Job summary

Verisure in Madrid seeks a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Group Talent Acquisition team. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead complex international recruitment for Group Functions, and contribute to evolving our talent acquisition model.

This role requires strong execution with strategic influence, stakeholder management, and the development of junior talent within the team. The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Senior Talent Acquisition professional with international experience and strong ownership.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment for corporate/Group Function roles.
• Ability to partner with Directors, HR Leaders and senior hiring managers.
• Proficient English level (C1–C2).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, complex roles across Group Functions.
• Act as trusted TA partner to senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Define hiring needs with hiring managers and ensure high-quality selection.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping and candidate intelligence.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes with clear communication and timely delivery.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies for senior profiles across markets.
• Contribute to TA process improvements and tools.
• Mentor and onboard junior recruiters and interns.
