You will focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and participating in employer branding initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition member in multinational companies.
• Experience in partnering with senior hiring managers.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Grant exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop employer branding initiatives.
