Job summary

Talent R is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Madrid to manage end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and network roles, while driving broader HR projects including international mobility.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners, source candidates through multiple channels, and support employer branding in a global telecom group. Hybrid model with on-site three days.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for software, data, cloud roles.
• Hands-on experience with mobility, onboarding, employer branding or related HR projects.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean, direct approach skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings and align profiles.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Lead international mobility projects and coordinate across geographies.
• Contribute to employer branding and represent the company in the tech ecosystem.
• Track KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to drive data-based decisions.
