roadsurfer is seeking an experienced HR leader to act as a sparring partner for leaders and the primary contact for employees across HQ departments, covering the full lifecycle from hiring to exit.

You will empower managers to own hiring, establish lean processes, sharpen interview skills, and step in where it matters from needs clarification to offers, while driving an AI-first approach in HR and automating workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with experience in recruiting and People/HR Business Partnering across the full lifecycle.
• Confident coaching leaders and handling complex, multi-country cases.
• Knowledge of labour law in different countries is a plus.
• Active use of AI tools in HR and willingness to automate.

Responsabilités

• Serve as sparring partner for leaders and the contact person for employees across HQ departments—from hiring to exit.
• Empower managers to own hiring by establishing lean processes and sharpening interview skills.
• Guide leaders through difficult situations such as performance plans and exits.
• Drive an AI-first approach in HR, using AI tools and automations daily and identifying new use cases to embed into processes.
