Youtrust is a ~200-person European scale-up seeking an HR Business Partner to own the full People scope. You will partner with leaders, manage talent, performance and salary cycles, and elevate HR processes.

Expect coaching, change, and organizational design work, supported by a small People team that values impact and cross-functional collaboration. You will leverage AI daily to build workflows and agents that improve People operations, reporting, and internal communications, while aligning

Qualificações

• HRBP experience partnering with leaders and managers.
• Experience building and scaling HR processes and journeys.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted partner to leaders; shape handling of difficult conversations and organizational changes.
• Own talent, performance, and salary review cycles end to end.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects to standardize processes.
• Drive coaching, transitions, and career pathing as retention levers.
• Apply compensation expertise and labor-law understanding to decisions.
• Build and run AI workflows and agents for HR operations.
