Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client, a multinational leader in electronic manufacturing, seeks a Lead HRIS Analyst to configure Workday across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting, drive system improvements, and help introduce AI-powered HR solutions.

You will partner with global HR leaders to capture needs, implement changes, test releases, maintain data accuracy and security, mentor other HRIS analysts, and manage projects from planning through rollout in a fully remote role with a

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HRIS, HR tech, or enterprise apps.
• Hands-on Workday configuration across Talent and Recruiting.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, testing, and release management.
• Ability to resolve complex issues independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data privacy, and working with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and implement Workday changes across Core HCM, Talent, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, business processes, reporting, and security.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Manage system improvements and recurring annual processes, including year-end reviews and calibration.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 issues, maintain data accuracy, and ensure documentation and compliance.
• Identify AI-driven improvements and test and implement new Workday features.
• Plan and deliver projects, tests, timelines, and risk management.
• Mentor other HRIS analysts and promote best practices.
