Jobgether is partnering with an employer to hire a Senior Talent Partner (fixed-term) in Spain. The role blends strategic HR partnering with hands-on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development in an international setting.

You will guide managers and lead the adoption of AI-powered HR tools to streamline processes. You will drive organizational development, advise on complex employee relations, and contribute to People and Culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Resources with talent acquisition and HR/People partnering.
• Experience in international or multi-country environments.
• Proven ability to advise, coach, and support managers.
• Experience with AI-powered HR tools.
• Excellent communication in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to leaders and employees across departments.
• Support managers with recruitment activities and offers.
• Improve hiring processes and interview skills.
• Coach leaders to develop management capabilities.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters.
• Provide comprehensive People and Culture support across lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation in HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in recruitment.
• Support organizational development and change management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
