Sovos is seeking a Senior Human Resource Advisor to partner with employees and leaders across the region, shaping engagement initiatives and ensuring compliance with local requirements. The role focuses on employee relations, benefits, payroll, and HR processes while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve programs.

You will collaborate with global HR teams, support talent acquisition and internal promotions, and drive site-based initiatives to foster a connected, compliant workplace culture

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources with a focus on employee engagement, talent management, and employee relations.
• HR administration including policy interpretation, compliance, and benefits communication.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management to design and implement HR programmes that drive engagement and support the full employee journey.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and handle confidential issues with fairness.
• Lead site-based programmes such as wellness initiatives and rotation opportunities to create a connected workplace.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits, payroll, policies, and HR processes, developing clear communications.
• Maintain knowledge of employment law and compliance in the region to ensure HR practices meet standards.
• Support talent acquisition and internal promotions, coordinating with global HR teams for a seamless experience.
• Leverage AI-powered HR tools and analytics to identify trends and improve programmes.
