haddock is seeking an HR Business Partner with a generalist background to support our Barcelona teams. The role blends people operations with strategic partnership, onboarding, performance and employee experience, with a focus on using AI to streamline processes.

You will partner with managers, help with onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, HR systems, and build a strong culture in a fast-growing tech environment.

Formación

• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Ownership across onboarding, performance, development and employee experience.
• Comfort handling sensitive conversations with managers.
• Familiarity with Spanish employment practices.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Barcelona office 3 days/week.
• Experience coordinating with payroll or external advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted partner to managers and employees, guiding feedback and development.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, HR data accuracy and systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits and changes with advisors.
• Help teams with performance cycles and development plans; track progress.
• Identify and implement AI/automation improvements to simplify People ops.
