Job summary

Joppy is seeking a senior Marketing Analytics contributor to lead global SEM analytics. You will shape how we measure and optimize acquisition across brands, markets, and channels, acting as a hands-on partner to SEM leaders, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics Engineering.

You will guide bidding, evaluate spend and ROAS, and translate auction dynamics and customer behavior into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics experience translating complex analyses into business decisions.
• Proficient in SQL and statistical analysis in Python or R.
• Experience in experimental design and A/B testing with causal inference or geo-based methods.
• Ability to lead large analytics initiatives and influence cross-functional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Guide bidding and investment across brands; optimize spend and ROAS.
• Assess cross-brand cannibalization and identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Lead channel tests, geo-split experiments, and multibrand experiments.
• Design, run and interpret experiments; communicate actionable insights.
• Strengthen attribution and reporting; align measurement with business goals.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with Engineering and Data Science on data quality.
