Rover is seeking a senior Marketing Analytics professional to lead Search Engine Marketing analytics globally from our Barcelona office in Poblenou. The role focuses on measuring and optimizing acquisition across brands and markets, working with SEM leaders, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics Engineering.

You will set the analytical agenda, design experiments, and stay hands-on with analysis to understand cross-brand cannibalization and incremental growth.

Formación

• 6+ years of analytics experience turning complex analysis into business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and statistical analysis in Python or R, including collaborating with engineering.
• Proven experimental design and A/B testing experience with causal inference or geo-based methods.
• Experience leading large analytical initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Guide bidding and investment across brands; evaluate spend, LTV, and ROAS.
• Lead experiments and incrementality; design tests and interpret results.
• Explain performance changes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strengthen attribution and reporting; align measurements across platforms.
• Own the SEM analytics roadmap and prioritize by business impact.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable tooling and documentation.
