Job summary

Making Science Group S.A. is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead the end-to-end management and optimization of client search engine advertising. You will mentor a team of specialists, implement advanced strategies, and ensure performance targets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Ads.

You’ll drive reporting, data-driven insights, and growth opportunities, managing budgets and collaborating with clients and partners to maximize ROI across campaigns and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading small teams or mentoring specialists.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads (including SA360), Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Ads.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Looker Studio for performance tracking.
• Active use of GenAI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize tasks.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier or Make) and visual AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: lead a team of Paid Search specialists and oversee performance reviews.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization: manage complex Paid Search accounts with best practices.
• Tactical Innovation: apply AI-driven automation to improve efficiency.
• Client & Partner Relationship: maintain communication with clients and search partners.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: develop detailed reporting and translate data into insights.
• Growth & Upselling: identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.
• Budget Management: ensure accurate pacing and allocation of client budgets.
