Agileengine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own US B2B paid acquisition, primarily Google Ads, and to drive high-quality leads. You’ll collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops, exploring new AI-powered channels while mentoring a PPC specialist.

You’ll manage campaigns and budgets, analyze funnel performance, and contribute to strategy, forecasting, and reporting. Remote-friendly with flexible office options.

Formación

• 4+ years of PPC/Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise.
• Experience with US B2B market.
• Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and CRM data.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to explain results and plan next steps.
• Experience with testing and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring marketers or potential in people management.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for the US B2B market and generate high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to opportunities.
• Work with GA4, CRM dashboards, and data to identify growth.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful tactics.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops.
• Explore new channels and AI/LLM advertising.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes.
