Rover is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics professional focused on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to lead paid search analytics for Rover globally. You will shape how we measure and optimize acquisition across our growing brands and markets.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid schedule (Mondays and Thursdays in the office), you will partner with SEM, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics Engineering to drive evidence-based decisions and measurable growth.

Formación

• 6+ years of analytics experience turning complex analysis into business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and strong statistics in Python or R.
• Proven experimental design and A/B testing experience.
• Experience leading large analytical initiatives and influencing strategy.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Guide bidding and investment across brands, evaluate spend, LTV, and ROAS.
• Lead experiments and multibrand tests, assess power and uncertainty.
• Explain performance and identify optimization opportunities for acquisition.
• Strengthen attribution and reporting, build dashboards with data quality inputs.
• Own SEM analytics roadmap and mentor analysts to raise standards.
