Job summary

APP Group in Spain and Portugal seeks a Sales Manager to grow our paper business across Iberia. You will manage a portfolio of customers, drive growth, and build strong relationships with merchants, distributors, converters, and printers.

This role requires a minimum of five years in the paper/paperboard industry, solid negotiation skills, and knowledge of grades like C2S, C1S, UWF. Frequent travel is expected to service customers and develop opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in paper or paperboard sales.
• Knowledge of paper grades (C2S, C1S, UWF, Copy, Kraft, Thermal, Specialty) preferred.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Paper Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of customers across Spain and Portugal.
• Identify opportunities with paper merchants, distributors/traders, converters, and commercial printers.
• Build long-term partnerships while ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
• Lead pricing discussions and contractual negotiations with customers.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand across the regional market.
• Frequent travel across Spain and Portugal to support customer relationships and business development.
