Job summary

Flint Group Iberia seeks a sales/portfolio professional to coordinate Paper & Board activities, pursuing profitable opportunities under the group strategy. You will manage customer relationships, prepare commercials via CRM, and report results.

Reporting to the Sales & Service Manager Iberia, you will help build business plans, monitor market intelligence, and travel as required to sustain growth and customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inks, packaging or related industries.
• Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to translate market dynamics into actionable plans.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and service activities for Paper & Board in the area.
• Develop existing and new profitable sales opportunities aligning with Group strategy.
• Prepare and manage customer commercials through CRM platforms.
• Collaborate on budgets, business plans and market strategies with Iberia SM.
• Provide accurate reporting of sales results and market insights; travel as required.
