Job summary

ND Paper in Europe seeks a Containerboard Sales Manager to drive growth by expanding market share and building direct sales channels. You will lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate with Production, Logistics, and After-sales to meet targets and maximize margins.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in containerboard sales, fluent English and local language, and strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. The role involves travel across Europe.

The containerboard Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing ND Paper's sales strategy within an assigned region of Europe in general.

This role drives profitable growth by expanding market share, developing new business, establishing and growing direct sales channels, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and improving margins.

The Containerboard Sales Manager is accountable for delivering the sales targets assigned by the company while building a high-performing sales team and collaborating with internal teams to support the long-term growth of ND Paper's direct sales business within the assigned territory.

Job Description

• Achievement of assigned sales volume and revenue targets
• New customer acquisition
• Market share growth within the assigned region
• Sales team development and performance
• Collect competitor intelligence, track local market price trends, submit accurate sales forecasts, and implement market promotion plans.
• Coordinating cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Sales & After-sales teams, resolving customer claims, timely shipment, port detention, overdue balance and supporting long-term direct sales growth in European region.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Languages: Fluent in English and the local language (spoken & written).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the paper industry, containerboard specifically.
• Key Competencies: Proven sales track record, customer relationship management, market development, negotiation skills, and result-driven mindset.
