Job summary

Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Spain. You will build strategic customer relationships, identify opportunities, and expand APP’s market presence in the region within the Industrial White Business Unit.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales in Industrial White Boards, strong knowledge of Spanish markets, fluent English, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Industrial White Boards.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish markets.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales pipelines for FBB, SBS, WLC and Food Packaging Board.
• Lead negotiations and account strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics.
• Collaborate with APP teams in Indonesia to support customer satisfaction.
