Job summary

ND Paper in Europe seeks a Containerboard Sales Manager to drive growth by expanding market share and building direct sales channels. You will lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate with Production, Logistics, and After-sales to meet targets and maximize margins.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in containerboard sales, fluent English and local language, and strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. The role involves travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and local language (written & spoken).
• Min 3 years of containerboard sales experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales volume and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers.
• Grow market share in the assigned region.
• Develop and manage the sales team.
• Collect competitor intelligence and track market price trends.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales & After-sales to ensure timely shipments and support growth.
