Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, leading sales of premium Human Factors advisory services with advanced technical credibility and consultative selling.

Remote or hybrid work is allowed from offices in Barcelona, The Hague, or Basingstoke. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences, English at C1, and a proven track record of meeting

Formación

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets.
• Minimum $3 million/year sales quota.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, HFE, biomedical or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory sales throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Builds relationships with customers to identify needs and pain points in HF adoption.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and trends to inform future offerings.
