Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requiring deep technical credibility and the ability to close complex deals.

You may work remotely or from an office in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. The position targets a strong track record in life sciences sales and fluency in English at C1 level.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million annual quota.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Serves as primary point of contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory services.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and integrate HF solutions into product development.
