Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe/EMEA. The role is customer-facing, selling premium Human Factors advisory services with strong technical credibility.

The position supports remote or hybrid work from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% to engage clients and attend industry events. You will drive pipeline, close deals, and partner with SMEs to deliver tailored HF solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
• English proficiency at C1 level
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a $3M annual quota
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Mansioni

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle
• Articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences
• Identify customer needs and pain points in product development where HF solutions add value
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events to represent the company
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year
• Acquire HF knowledge through internal training and independent study
• Identify key customers for needs discovery and opportunity identification
