Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Spain; Basingstoke, UK; or The Hague, Netherlands.

You will build a strategic sales pipeline, tailor solutions with SMEs, and close deals while meeting ambitious quotas. Strong medical device or life sciences experience and English (C1) are required, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven targets (min $3M/yr).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• HF knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value in presentations and proposals to close.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points in HF applications.
• Contribute to marketing strategy for HF offerings and event representation.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and nurture relationships year-round.
• Acquire HF knowledge through training and self-study.
