Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires advanced technical credibility, and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, tailor solutions with SMEs, meet or exceed a $3M annual target, and collaborate with leadership to shape market offerings while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a $3M annual target.
• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Medical device or life science industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL’s value proposition to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (target $3M/year).
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory service solutions.
