Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. You will be customer-facing, articulate value propositions, and close deals by coordinating with experts to tailor advisory solutions.

Remote or hybrid work options are available from offices in Barcelona, UK, or Netherlands. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consultative sales, experience in medical devices or life sciences, strong English (C1), and

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Willing to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows
Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals
Manage client interactions to close sales and meet quotas
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events
Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions
Support development of marketing strategy and identify key industry events
