Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with a focus on selling premium Human Factors advisory services to clients across Europe.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop a robust pipeline, and work with SMEs to tailor solutions that address customer needs while achieving ambitious sales targets. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business or a related field.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (>$3M/year).
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows.
• Close sales and manage client interactions to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
• Collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions for client needs.
