Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing and requires deep technical credibility to sell premium Human Factors advisory services.

You will drive the sales cycle from discovery through contract execution, develop a robust pipeline, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver tailored HF solutions. Remote or hybrid work options are available in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge is preferable.
• Business acumen and deep understanding of sales processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Able to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Manage client interactions to close sales and meet quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Support marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
• Advise leadership on customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts year-round.
